Hallie Summary of the Diet Does anyone know where I can find a short summary of the diet? Maybe one or two pages without a lot of the technical information. When Broc was first diagnosed with Infantile Spasms 2 years ago I found a nice two page summary in a Word document that explained IS in simple terms and I sent this out to a lot of friend and family to rather than having to explain to each individually what Broc has. I still use it and have just printed it out to take to a new worker at Broc's daycare. I have been looking for something similar that explains the diet but have been unable to find anything. There is a well written Q and A type summary that is a sort of a summary of bits out of the keto diet book written by Dr Freeman. Also, the website set up by Emma (www.matthewsfriends.org) as a resource for UK keto parents has a very good overview in the ketoPAG part on the left hand side at the home page. One summary in there is for kids, set up in a simple question and answer format. And there is also a good paper titled The Ketogenic diet - A guide for Pediatricians, (written by Dr Freeman) that I have always found handy to use as a school handout in particular.
