Guest guest Posted August 20, 2006 Report Posted August 20, 2006 Hello all. I'm looking for some advice about a recipe. I'm such a rookie cook, that the answer is sure to be something very simple. So, I found this really simple, easy waffle recipe. And the waffles turn out great, but only until I've gone thru about half the batter. At that point, they loose all the fluffiness, and just turn into pancakes with holes in them. If I wanted pancakes, I'd make pancakes! So, does anyone know if there's a way to make the fluffiness last throughout the entire batch? Would adding another couple eggwhites halfway thru help at all? Man, if I don't get this cooking under control before I have kids, I am TOTALLY SCREWED!!!! Quote
