Guest guest
I am like you, I know nothing about these supplements. We had success with WholeLife and milk of magnesia, but constipation is always a problem. Our daughter is non-mobile and that makes it worse. Wholelife uses magnesium carbonate. Milk of magnesia is magnesium hydroxide. It may very well make a difference what kind it is. I would think that magnesium oxide would be the cheapest and maybe hardest to absorb. Isn't it just rusted magnesium? I seem to recall that some people go higher on the magnesium. It has been mentioned that the calcium and magnesium should be about equal in mg. That would put magnesium over 100%. You don't necessarily have to go up to 100% in everything as there is something in the food, not much though. With the selenium I would wait for at least 2 weeks to see an improvement in the hair. Good luck, Bill frumpymumma wrote: > Hi! I need some help.
