You have the right answer. It must be consistent. That's why we shy away

from processed food as much as possible. And the new labelling

requirements which are not very accurate are making the diet more

difficult to do.

You also have to double check everything, just like you did, to find

mistakes.

It sounds like you have a relatively knowledgable dietician. But double

check everything she does anyway!

There are still some problems with the meals you had. Did you find out

why they weren't adding up.
