You are definitely correct. Go for a lower ratio until things settle

down and he gets used to it. If necessary cut down on the calories as

well. He might lose some weight, but probably not as much as vomiting

his meals. Even just water or pedialyte until he is stabilized, if

necessary. Definitely go to smaller meals. If you can try the keto

eggnog at 3:1 until he is tolerating the meals would be a good idea.

The other thing to keep in mind is the very real possibility of the

toxicity of the meds he is on. They tend to operate differently when the

metabolism changes with the diet. What is he taking?

Do you have the same keto team as before?

Yep, sure as heck sounds like the ratio is too high. What is he on, is

it 4:1? Do you calculate yourself? If so, I would drop him down .5 and

see what happens
