We don't eat meat/fish/chicken/babyfood so I erased those, then I did check

all the values via the USDA web site and the british values and reentered

those values. The british is the most accurate though, so I tend to use

those. I also only buy organic fresh veggies/fruit so the prepackaged foods

I deleted too. It's taken me ages to do it, but with each new meal I create

I add to it. The stanford values were more conservative than the keto

calculator and the JH was off on some by .5-1g. I though it best to just

check especially with the US food labels I try to call the company directly

or send them an email to get the unrounded #'s. It sure helped with the

whipped cream and a lot of cheeses.
