Guest guest
We don't eat meat/fish/chicken/babyfood so I erased those, then I did check all the values via the USDA web site and the british values and reentered those values. The british is the most accurate though, so I tend to use those. I also only buy organic fresh veggies/fruit so the prepackaged foods I deleted too. It's taken me ages to do it, but with each new meal I create I add to it. The stanford values were more conservative than the keto calculator and the JH was off on some by .5-1g. I though it best to just check especially with the US food labels I try to call the company directly or send them an email to get the unrounded #'s. It sure helped with the whipped cream and a lot of cheeses. -- -mom to Stella, 5years old, started keto diet May 10th 2004 still waiting to be seizure free. Also on Lamictal, epam and Diamox. Anisa is almost 10 and a happy healthy girl. >
