Guest guest
So, You just redid the whole of it? Nothing was right? It wasn't just the processed foods that were out of whack? I was kind of thinking things that are premade would be the culprits, not veggies, fruits, etc. Still waiting to hear on my comparisons. You did a big job on your planner! Good for you!!! . stansfield/lyonsfamily astansfield@...> wrote: We did some research into the differences in meal plans when stella was first initiated back in May. She was never in ketosis so to speak and when I compared the programs the JH planner and Stanford planner to the keto calculator which many dieticians use here in the US they were all way off. I've since erased all the nutritional data and reentered it using the usda web site or the british values as they are more accurate than the US. In England they have to put the nutritional data to the nearest .1g while the US has a law which only suggests the 1g. Huge difference. It's a lot of work, but so worth it when you see the differences. Basically for most of Stella's meals she only getting a 3.2 at best before changing all the nutritional info. Now it's always 4.o-1. If i'm not sure on the nutritional info I contact the company direct and ask for their unrounded #'s. amanda On Saturday, September 11, 2004, at 12:04 PM, Falk wrote: > Hmmmmm....
