Guest guest
Help needed!! I don't have my notebook with me, but I guess it has been four weeks since I discovered 's gain of four pounds in less than six weeks. She has been taken down from 1200 calories to 1000... first I took her down 100, then another 50 a few days later at the dietitians recommendation, then another 100 a week ago. Every week now we go and weigh in and she hasn't lost a thing! Not a thing! Should I continue to decrease calories? Obviously the cut has not done what it needs to. She looks too heavy, and the weight gain was so fast. She was chubby pre-keto and I had thought she would lose some of it. Not so. Now she looks terrible. is on a 3:1 ratio, 1000 calories. Any other ideas, other than reducing calories. She is not real active. Never has been. Sat up late, crawled late, walked late, and just is not overly active. Poor . I feel just awful that I let it happen. I was so involved with weighing food, I didn't notice her weight! Thanks ahead of time for input... ..
