Guest guest
Dear Natasha The s Hopkins Meal Planner is very user friendly and costs $75 plus $5 shipping and handling. Look it up on the internet if you are interested. Would be a lot cheaper than buying Excel. I have been using it for my daughter, as her ratio has gone down twice, as have her calories, so everything has had to be recalculated quite a few times. I love the flexibility of having a planner and suspect you would too. ... 's mum natashagainford beasly@...> wrote: Hi Kavita Thanks for the link ...but... Guest guest
You may also want to try Ebay and see if you can get an older version of Excel. You can probably pick up a copy there that would work for you.
