Guest guest
, The biotin we use comes from GNC. It has zero carbs (talked personally with the company) and no coloring. It is keto friendly. Its ingredients are: dicalcium phosphate, cellulose (comes from a plant-holds tablet together...keto friendly), brown rice powder (this biotin is a derivative of brown rice powder but the actual brown rice powder is not in the tablet). The selenium we use comes from here in Australia. It also contains taurine but no bad additives or coloring. Rhonda RE: hair loss - to Rhonda Rhonda When you buy selenium and biotin, do they have any other ingredients listed in the contents. I am having an awful time finding simply selenium and biotin without additives of any kind. Or, do I need to find them without other things listed??? I guess I can get online, but have been looking locally. Thanks, ..'s mum
Guest guest
, GNC is a brand name. It is based in the U.S. and I have found it in the U.S. Often there will be a heath store called GNC. I've seen them in a mall. A google search should help with finding one in your area or perhaps you can order it via internet or phone. I haven't been impressed with all of their supplements (especially melatonin), the ones that I would use for Shan, but I do like their biotin. I first found GNC in the Philippines. It does not exist here in Australia. Rhonda RE: hair loss - Thanks. I will copy this and recheck what I have seen. I want to supplement up to the 100%, as you suggested. I had taken the label off the vitamin box and was figuring what I needed as supplements, when you suggested it. Kind of " clicked " with me. Is GNC a brand name? Excuse my ignorance. Thanks.. .
