Dear Adam,

My name's Phil, 46 and have had Epilepsy since the age 5, I also have Tuberous

Sclerosis (another Neuro condition) too. I must point out I've never done the

Keto diet also. However, I've been on Sodium Valproate since about 1980, in

all those years I haven't had any problems with it - touch wood.

In a group I'm a member of, The Tuberous Sclerosis Association in the UK, a

friend from there was put on Sodium Valproate and did suffer hair loss, it was

concluded by her dr. that it was due to the Sodium Valproate and since coming

off it has had no problems since. But that's only what I've heard from one

person, you might do better discussing it with a doctor,

Best wishes,

Phil

hair loss

Hello

Has any one in the group had a problem with their child loosing

hair due to the diet? Our daughter Amelie seems to be loosing

hair , she fiddles with it and it seems to be coming out quite

easily. We are very concerned, her recent blood tests came back

fine , no vitamin deficiencies etc.

She is on Sodium Valporate I'm not suer if that could be the

cause. Any ideas

Thanks
