aël vomits a lot at the moment, I took of mtc oils and I use only olive

oil or butter.

He's pale, doesn't drink a lot, he can't drink he takes some gelified water.

He 's got his meal at 19h30 and he vomitted at 20h, his blood ketones level is

3.1 mmol/l, what's it means?

too much, not enough...?
