Guest guest
Weigh-in day – two pounds gone – total now 18. asked about my exercise routine. I have an exercise bike. I use it now 20 to 25 min 5 times per week. When I started in the beginning of October, I could only do 7 to 10 min. I also have set of hand weights. In my " thinner days " I used to go to the gym, but now I'm too embarrassed to work out in public. I'll hope to add that back to my routine later. I know this 20 to 30 min of exercise five days a week is not all that much, but it's a start. Johanna
Guest guest
Johanna... that is great! Don't think that your routine is not great at all, because the most important thing to remember is the progress from Oct to present... you are moving and applying daily encouragement for your self... you are seeing improvements... that is great work to me. Keep it up! omamaailma33 omamaailma33@...> wrote: Weigh-in day – two pounds gone – total now 18. asked about my exercise routine. I have an exercise bike. I use it now 20 to 25 min 5 times per week. Guest guest
It is a start, keep up the great work Johanna. When I first started walking I could only walk for a few minutes and then have to sit on someones fence for a bit. I can imagine the people in the house saying " Oh, here comes the little fat lady again " . But each couple of days I added a little more on to the distance. Now I walk for hours. It doesn't take long to build up your exercise but do it in your own time, only you know what you are capable of doing...........Take care....Leanne omamaailma33 omamaailma33@...> wrote:Weigh-in day – two pounds gone – total now 18. asked about my exercise routine.
