Guest guest
Hi Carolyn, I only use the ketone sticks to check Kristan's ketones. I have read previous posts from other parents that some kids do well with moderate ketones which is 4 while others do well on large which is 8, 16. For a while I thought Kristan was one of the kids that does well with low ketones as she was having good results, but that's not the case anymore. I hope iel is doing better. Which is the good number in the keto diet? is it obliged to have these or can it be helpful with lower levels? > Take care > > Carolyn, aël's mum > > > > We are going to do a 4.5:1 ratio now > > > Hi everyone, as Kristan is not getting into high ketosis, our last > desperate attempt is to go to a 4.5:1 ratio for a few weeks see if > that works and if not then try 5:1 ratio for a few weeks.
