Guest guest
Hi Donna, I hope you are feeling better and that your wrist in is heeling quickly, I can't imagine what you are going through, all my pains are in my back from a herniated disk!! Give me an update on how you are doing?? ------ On the dessert topics, lol. Oh my family LOVES the pumpkin chocolate chip muffins when we were able to have chocolate chips. We are not Soy free and Corn free, not to mention a whole list of other "free's", LOL!! Today I am making this lovely pudding cake but with pineapples for hubby's birthday tomorrow!!! I will let you know the results, and thank you so much for sharing this lovely recipe (:0) Feel better soon, you are in our prayers!! Peace, Love, and Joy lumped in with Smiles from our family to yours,Marisol. *~*Isaiah 43:2*~*http://360.yahoo.com/autimama3*http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PrayerJunction/ Recipe: Blueberry Pudding Cake Hi Marisol, I'm glad your family liked the recipe! Let me know how the strawberry and peach ones turn out. I haven't been able to try anything except the blueberry because I've had a cast on my right hand. Now the cast is off, the fall I had damaged the nerves in my wrist causing carpal tunnel. So, I'm unable to cut anything. I think your family might like the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin recipe. You will never believe what I did when making the muffins. My right wrist is very weak right now (I'm having physical therapy) and my Kitchen Aid was missing a rubber foot, so I turned it on the side to fix it and the Kitchen Aid fell on my left hand!! Now I have a swollen and bandaged left hand, and a weak right hand. I'm typing this with one finger. Talk about feeling handicapped. Have to close as my right hand is starting to hurt. Donna S.
