Guest guest Posted July 28, 2004 Report Share Posted July 28, 2004 Hi Mike, According to my keto team, Tom's spearmint and peppermint are okay, but the fruit ones have REAL fruit (after all Tom's is all natural) and the carbs in it are enough to possibly throw the diet off.
