Guest guest
, I use the stanford planner it is an excel based planner, however I wish there was more space on it for additional ingredients. Otherwise, I find it very simple to use, you can add/delete any foods it comes with. Our dietician uses the keto calculator which I've found to give higher ratios than if you do it by hand or the stanford planner, but when I have time I do cross check with both. amanda > Is there anyone out there that has used the s Hopkins Meal > Planner? Guest guest
I am a epileptic and became interested in the diet. Although we decided the diet was not the best treatment, I am writing a paper about the diet and would like to include a typical meal in it. Would someone please post a meal. Thank you in advance.
