Well it is not real pudding but still taste good.I found it on the

Knox gelatine box ! I am not sure if this recipe is suitable for

keto diet but it looks like it could be for me with dietitian

approval

I replaced milk with wipping cream+ water and sugar with splenda. So

here is the recipe for those who are interested

1 pouch Knox unflavoured gelatine

1/2 wipping cream dissolved with water (125 ml)

1/4 cup boiling water( 50 ml)

1/2 cup splenda ( I found it a bit too sweet,they suggest 3/4 in

recipe ,I would use 1/3 splenda)

1/3 cup cocoa powder ( 75 ml) ( I found it a bit too much too)

2 tsp vanila ( 10 ml)

2 cups wipping cream ( 500 ml)

1tbsp orange liqueur ( optional) - I think you can use just flavour

instead ,I did not put anything at all

Sprinkle Knox over 1/4 cup dissolved wipping cream in a small

bowl ,allow to stand until gelatine is moistened.Add boiling

water, stirr constantly until gelatine is completely dissolved, set

aside.Combine splenda(or othe sweetener you use) and cocoa in mixer

bowl, add remaining wipping crem dissolved with water and flavour

(optional)Beat at medium speed until soft peaks form.Slowly add

gelatine mixture, beat at high speed until stiff peks form.Spoon into

serving dishes.Chill untill set.Garnish with whatever you like (nuts

or whatever )

I made it today and I liked it! ph liked it too.I found it a bit

too sweet and a bit too much cocoa powder,so I would decrease these

two next time
