2 Pound Challenge Updates?

Hey there all - anyone got any challenge updates for me? I'm doing great!

I should have done this a month ago :) But really, I feel strong, and I'm

not eating any of the Halloween crap around. Tonight will be a big

challenge, our Twins Club Halloween Party. But so far, I just keep telling

myself that what ever it is that is tempting me won't taste as good as

losing my two pounds will feel. I am DETERMINED!!!! I've even managed to

ignore that carton of ice cream in the freezer - and that is a huge thing

for me - I love ice cream and usually I dig in as soon as the boys start

their naps.

It's my job to make all the cut-out cookies to decorate at the party

tonight, and I'll need to make more cookies (chocolate chip) to give out for

Halloween too - give me strength! I live in a neighborhood where I'll know

95% of the little goblins that come to my home so I always make cookies -

the kids (and parents) love'em.

Well, I'm off the clean the oven so my sugar cookies don't taste like last

week's sweet potatoes that exploded all over my oven! I'd love to hear from

all of you that are trying the 2 pound challenge with me. Hang in there -

WE CAN DO THIS!!!

Sherlyn I didn't respond to your challange at the start of the week

since TOM was here and I started the week feeling like I had gained

even thou i hadn't. I just know there is a loss hiding in there. I

have been very good this week. I have really watched the fat intake

and watched the cals..trying to be very consistant this week. I have

not eaten anything to feel guilty about all week!! I missed my

workout on monday with helping my neighbor out with her moving and

all. This is what I have done so far this week.

Tuesday: 3 mile(45 min) Walk Away the Pounds Video. Walked the Dog

extra long in the evening.

Wed: 30 min of weights/circuit training. It's a great workout that

you get your heart rate up and do two exercises with weights with no

rest in between. 30 sec of cardio and 30 sec of rest between each

set of exercises. I also did 2 miles (30 min) Walk Away the Pounds

Thurs(today): 3 Mile Power Walk Video(45 min). I used the weights in

the first two miles which I have never done before. This was a great

workout.

Friday: I have the Circuit weight workout planned and the 2 mile

walk. Then takign the kids tirck or treating. Since it's Friday and

they don't have to get in bed early we will stay out longer which

means more walking for mom. yayaya!!!

If I can behave myself over the weekend I think i might be joining

you in that two pounds...I got my fingers crossed for all of us!!!
