I thought I read on this group that there was a sugar free grape Motrin for

children. I searched high and low and finally asked Motrin. Here was there

Nope it was me who uses sugar free motrin with actually. The stuff I have

here.. okay let me get the bottle (pause for 30 seconds while I run into the

bathroom) Motrin junior strength contains ibuprophen tablets at 100 mg strength

grape flavored. other ingred: phenylketonurics at 2.8 mg per tablet. ( I assume

it's what holds it together) that's it, nothing else. *shrug* It's what our

dietitian recommended and we haven't had an issue. We have actually used it for

as long as 3 weeks while they were testing for west nile. (as if we

didn't have other things to worry about heh) He had a mild fever for 3 weeks and

we used it every day with no seizures.

Hmmmm, I will have to look for that. I am sure I can mush it up, dilute with

water, and get an amount suitable for an infant. I have dealt with a lot with

our little Hannah and I am sure there will be a lot more in the future. I am

just hoping to keep suppositories out of all this.

yep, uncomfortable but when push comes to shove worth it. I'm all about avoiding

suppos. hates them and so do I
