Guest guest
Hi Ann, Baking soda variety of toothpaste is the one that my dietician recommended but sometimes the flavour can be really strong. The other one is Tom's of Maine silly strawberry flavour. You will find the link on the s Friends site to get hold of that one (thanks for joining by the way! - I have just seen your name up on the members list before I came across to this group - hope you liked the site - I have just finished updating the latest news section), the web address is www.goodnessdirect.co.uk for the toothpaste if anyone else reading this is interested. has been on the diet for 2 years now and in the beginning he put on a bit of weight and we had to reduce the calories - it is just a question of tweaking things as and when necessary - and it may just have been my boy (but I doubt it!) but just as you get all settled with the diet and things are just ticking over nicely he went and had a growth spurt and everything had to be re-jigged - typical! Anyway, I have to say that things have calmed down for a while now and I am just waiting for the next growth spurt!!! Take care.
