Sorry to hear about Kieran's seizure yesterday. Hope it's a one off.

I'm glad you saw the programme, I think they put it together very

well.

Francesca's weight has been stable since the start of the diet. She

started at 28.0 kg and she still is. She goes up and down by a few

points, but she's never been higher than 28.4 and tonight she was

27.8kg. She has actually grown a couple of cm since the start too.

She is still high on the percentile chart though for both.

Re the toothpaste, I get Tom's of Maine Silly Strawberry. Try a

health shop or if not, you can get it online at

www.goodnessdirect.co.uk. There is also a mandarin one, I tnink it's

made by Green People or something - again a health shop is where to

look.
