Guest guest
7 pounds gone in two weeks. Total is now 11. This has been a good start. I know it's going to slow down now and that's perfectly normal – can't expect this speed to continue for months. I was looking for something a couple of days ago and found some pictures taken ten years ago. I was so thin. I was wearing a short white skirt and I had great pair of legs! Time that picture was taken I weighed 80 pounds less than today. Many people seem to think that if they'd loose weight and be thin they'd be happy and are putting their lives on hold waiting those thinner days. When I think back ten years I remember I wasn't any happier than I am today. I was so thin, but I always thought I was fat. I had no self-confidence and I was avoiding socialising with other people. So take it from me – tight bum is not the key to happiness! Nobody should loose weight to get happy. That's just not going to happen. We should do it to get healthier and have more energy to do things we like. And that happiness will come when we allow our selves to live right now – not waiting for some thinner day in the future.
