Guest guest Posted March 6, 2008 Report Posted March 6, 2008 Hi my name is Joy and i'm 43 years old and have a severe case of fibromyalgia my doctor gives me morphine for the pain my question to all of you is has any one ever have a very low red blood cell count? I just know that i'm very tired all the time and really weak i'm taking iron pills 3 times a day but he just recheked my red blood cell count and its dropped even more if anyone can give me some advice I would appreciate it...joy Quote
