Congrads on the 1 lb! Must be doing something right! I still have not

been weighing so not sure. Just trying to do good on exercise and

eating and water. I seem to do good on at least one everyday. Now if I

could just do all 3 in one day for consecutive day..... Just gotta keep

trying! Keep up the great work!

Great work ! I too am up to a new two pound challenge this week. I am at

168 hope to be at 166 or 165 by the end of the week. Will see what happens...

Way to go, ! This is by far the hardest time of year to lose.

So I contratulate you on you 1/2 lb because I know what it takes to

do it. Keep it up!

Placido,

Just what we have told you before. Work on habits and behaviors. Find

non food things to do. Coming here and reading posts is good, go for a

walk, take up a hobby. Something to keep your mind and hands busy.

Write a journal. Maybe get an exercise bike and do that when you feel

like eating? Go back and read some old posts. There are lots of ideas

here.

Great job Cheryl... I can imagine how wonderful that feels and to be able to

Way to go Cheryl!! I think it is great you are gonna treat yourself

to a new haircut. I just did that last week and it was a real pick

me up!! I know this is probaly late but hope you had fun at the

party!

Hey half lb is better then nothing o gaining so good job! Remember,

slow is better with weight loss. It's more likely to stay off then.

Hi,

Don't know if you remember me, but I was the " new and a little

discouraged " , well, things have changed!

I pretty much goofed off for the first 4 wks, much more aware of

better eating, but still played with points. Also, didn't do the

required oils, thought other things would go towards that.

So......

Lost .8

then 2.8

then gained 3.6 (back to box 1)

then lost .8

then last night I was 6.8 pounds lighter!!!!!

I am so excited!! This can be done!

Have so much more to go, but I am renewed in determination.

Congratulations on your big weight loss!! I, too, have found that some weeks I

only lose 1/2 pound or " stay the same " and if I just hang in there I will drop.

I have lost 40 pounds since the end of March . . . some lose it faster but being

steady and not giving up is the key. When you see a big weight loss like 6.8

pounds you are encouraged . . . now remember that when you only lose 1/2 pound

or " stay the same " or even gain a bit. I think we gals are also affected by

hormones. Stick with it -- your loss encourages me!!!!
