Guest guest
OH OH OH!! Welcome Debby! I am SO glad that you are here! We are the SAME height & have the SAME goal weight... WOO HOO! My all time high was 354, so I wasn't much below were you are now. Last Monday, I was at 330.2, so I am 24lbs down from there. I 'officially' started WW on January 17, 2005. I have lost 19 lbs since then because I was 349.2 at my first weigh in. This IS doable, but not always easy. It is COMPLETELY about choices. I had tried to do WW a few years back with the " at home " program, but just pretty much threw the money away because I didn't even last a month. Again last October I tried with WW online, but my gallbladder freaked out on me two weeks into it. I had to have my gallbladder removed & then I quit. A friend was starting up in January & I decided to join with her online again... then another friend asked me to attend meetings here in town with her, so I am... switched my online acct to an e-tools account because I like having the online tools. This time, it is MUCH different for me. Not sure what has changed in me, guess I am just READY to be thin now. I look forward to getting to know you... it is nice to have someone with the same goals as me around! Perhaps we can help eachother. Now, I know I am younger than you... I'll be 34 in May... but I have some health issues that limit my activities, so we may be more " even " than you think! Again, so happy you are here! near Houston 349.2/330.2/167 mini-goal of 299 on May 16 (my birthday) started WW 01/17/
Guest guest
Thank you so much for the welcome and I am excited too! I have tried everything and even was in the 'original' WW's many years ago when it was very strict. I was very young and it worked for me. Don't know how I did it with a family and work, etc. Now I travel a lot with my job and eat out a lot but hopefully I am much smarter about my choices. I can't wait because I feel that this time I will be successful. thanks again! Debby > OH OH OH!! Welcome Debby! I am SO glad that you are here! Guest guest
Debby, You say you eat out a lot. I tend to do better WHEN I eat out. I plan ahead and eat what is points friendly for me. Where at home I have this unlimited supply of food and it is easy to snack all day. Moe
