Ellen-

I forwarded your post on to Aubrie's teacher. She does so many creative

things, I think it might be right up her alley. If she is willing to help,

I think it would be fun for Aubrie to host FS. I'll let you know.

Hi everyone,

I've been lurking mostly because 3rd grade has been very busy for

...But I do have a request perhaps someone can help with...

In third grade here the kids read " Flat Stanley " is enjoying it

and he will need to participate in the final project. needs to

mail a letter and " Flat Stanley " to a friend , the friend in turn

spends time with " Flat Stanley " doing " Stuff " and Taking picture and

telling of the fun times with Flat Stanley...Since this is the last

group to go many people have already participated...principal,police

chief ,governor, president, etc...they have set guidelines and family

has been excluded...we have a very small family and many of my frineds

are too busy to help...I am wondering if someone might be interested

in helping with the project? I do not have all the

details...Will get more soon

Thanks in advance

Oh Ellen and ,

I would love to show Flat Stanley the museum here at Perkins‹perhaps Flat

Stanley would like his picture taken with Helen Keller and/or Ann Sullivan??

He could also have his picture taken in Harvard Yard???? Also, depending on

when the project is due, I am going to London in April and I could easily

fit him in my suitcase!!! What fun!!!

I can't compete with all that excitement - but my daughter did Flat Stanley a

few years ago and would love to host. We're in Dallas Texas.

Michele,

Mr. FS and I would love the pleasure of your company!! However, being under

a steamroller might not make for such a comfortable time. How about you

just come in your usual form??? (and bring that small girl, too!)
