Guest guest
Everyone is different. I'm one who can eat FAT and then some--I've gone over points and still lost. Not on purpose, miscalculation and forgetting about something, while others can barely eat their flex and still lose. Experiment and see what happens. Guest guest
I have found that out with flex points; ANYTIME I go over 10 flex points by loses have been one pound or less. When I use little flex points is my big 2 and 3 pound loses. I joke that the Flex points were not intended for me! LOL Beth *~*Gymmie*~* taebogymmie@...> wrote: Everyone is different.
