Everyone is different. I'm one who can eat FAT and then some--I've

gone over points and still lost. Not on purpose, miscalculation and

forgetting about something, while others can barely eat their flex and

still lose. Experiment and see what happens.

I have found that out with flex points; ANYTIME I go over 10 flex points by

loses have been one pound or less. When I use little flex points is my big 2

and 3 pound loses. I joke that the Flex points were not intended for me! LOL
