This Squeeky Wheel Got Greased!

After going through day 3 on leukine with my heart rate shooting to an erratic

120 after the shot, and not getting good answers from the doctor's office, I

called the after-hours nurse practitioner at 7pm last night and said, hey, this

is a bad thing and I'm getting lost in the shuffle. She told me to go in today,

have a CBC check, and maybe get a shot of neupogen and see if it did the same

thing to me as the leukine. Well, my numbers were fine, so no shot was

necessary! I see the nurse practitioner on Monday and we'll see about a

neupogen shot then.

I'm just so glad to get out of a few days of practice heart attacks!
