Guest guest
HI EVERYONE!!!!!!!!! Chrystine has been hospitalized alotof Aug and Sept because of alot of things mostly like glucose issues.... Just wanted to let everyone know why I haven't been finding much time to reply to posts! And, our son greeted the world last week! Just got home with him last night. He is healthy and sooooo cute, however has failed 3 hearing tests so far. Chrystine and Arleigh are PROUD big sisters. I have KIND of started a little site for her, nothing in comparison to some of your awesome sites, but if you'd like to take a look at Chrystine, go to _http://www.myspace.com/chrystalsbabyhope_ (http://www.myspace.com/chrystalsbabyhope) and click on view pics, I made a little collage of her. I should add a ton more but when i will get the chance is beyond me. However, yall inspire me to really do this for her. Anyways, I am so tired and must get off this computer and try to sleep for a minute before our little man starts to wake up! He is quite a night owl so far... but I can't complain. Lemme quickly ask this-any CHARGERs out there diabetic like ours? She has bilat optic nerve colobomas, ASD, hypotonia, multicystic kidney disease, grade 4 vesicoureteral reflux, hydronephrosis in functional kidney that has only 16 percent function and zero in the other, outer ear abnormalities and some hearing loss in left ear, g=j tube fed, gastric reflux disease/gastric delay, hockey stck palmar crease and diabetes///woa. i dont think ive ever listed all that on here oh yeah, and she is sooooo awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! all 13 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chrystal mama to Arleigh, 4 Chrystine Hope, 11 months CHaRGE annnnnnnddddd introducing Silas, 5 days old
Guest guest
Chrystal, CONGRATULATIONS on your new baby. Wow, you are going to be a busy Mama. :-) I have heard of a few CHARGErs with diabetes, but I don't think that the children had it when they were babies. Was Chrystine born with diabetes? I'm sorry to hear she was hospitalized due to the glucose issues. Here's hoping she gets better really soon so she can really enjoy her new baby brother. NEW BABY! > HI EVERYONE!!!!!!!!! Guest guest
Chrystal- Welcome to lil' Silas! I don't know how you managed such an upbeat post when you must be exhausted! You've got an interesting few years ahead til all the kids get out of the baby stage. My 2 are far spaced (6 yrs a part) so I'm always awed at the moms who manage several little ones at once. Kudos to you - and can't wait to hear more about them all. Michele W mom to Aubrie 8 yrs CHaRgE and 14 yrs

Guest guest
Hugo- Congratulations on the new addition to your family! You're so right - if we had any clue of the risks and vulnerabilities of parenting, no one would choose to have children. The joys are immense, but the possibilities for heartache are equally immense - whether your child has disabilities or not. I hope your son brings you all great joy and that Helena adjusts well to her new role as big sister. Michele W Aubrie's mom 8 yrs
