Oh my goodness! I don't think I want to eat most of that stuff. lol But I'm not surprised. My cousin is married to a wonderful Vietnamese woman named Bay (Buy-eee). I especially love her egg rolls but I don't like the chicken feet she serves on a fancy platter or some of the weirder meat-type things she cooks.
