My cousin calls for a pound of bacon in the recipe but you can be your own

judge....it sounds like a lot to me.

1 lg bag of frozen or fresh cauliflour

1 c diced celery

1 c diced red onion

1 tsp ground celery seed

1 lb bacon, fried & crumbled

2 c mayo

2 tsp white vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

Steam cauliflour until tender, let cook, then cut into bite size pieces.

Dice celery and onion into small pieces. Cook baon. When bacon is cool,

crumble it. Combine cauliflour, ground celery seed, onion and crumbled

bacon in large bowl. Combine mayo and vinegar in seperate bowl. Add the

mayo mixture to the salad ingredients, mix well. Season with salt and

pepper to taste. It's best to make this the night before serving.
