No different food pyramid or something. There are no strict diet plans anymore on which you have to count carbs Hi M, I eat anything I want in moderation. When I tried low carb, I stopped losing weight. Once I started eating normal, weight started coming off again. I have been off meds since Feb 2001. I can eat foods now that were giving me higher numbers several years ago. When I was trying to write down everything, counting everything that I ate, etc I was stressed. I stopped counting, I stopped writing down anything. This doesn't work for everyone, but it works for me and when it comes to my health, that is all that matters. hugs Eunice Quote
