Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I heard on the radio that the National Baseball League will be having a " non-voice " person opening the game tonight in Cleveland, using her Dynavox. I believe that she has CP. This is a first and is part of the National League's Disabilities Awareness initiative. Isn't that great? By the way, I am not a sports fan, so I hope I have the correct location for the game and am correct in saying 'National League' as opposed to American League. Well, you get the idea anyway. Guest guest
Subject: Re: disabilities awareness at the ball game Dolores, Don't listen to Rita. Cleveland isn't even in the Major Leagues. At least that's what most of their fans are currently saying. Mike Gray Hey, Hey Mike be careful we have some Cleveland fans on board here. They are only 5 games out of first with a loosing record. But Yes, we do wonder some times what league they are in. I had a former employe of mine tell me the other day I should apply to be their closer. Wouldn't that be joke I'd have to have someone hold me upright so I could throw the ball. Our local paper had a picture of the lady and a short article. I was going to mention it in PLS-Friends but Dolores beat me to it. Dave, PLS, OH PS. To confirm Reta's letter they are in the American League.
