Have you got copies of all your annual employment evaluations? I had them, as well as all the clinic's personnel policies that I could get my hands on. My case was about 3 years ago, and it took about a year before I got the final decision. Of course, it was not in my favor. I was just a little drop of water in the lake of the Mayo Health System. The clinic I worked for was a satellite of the Mayo System. However, it still felt good having made " the system " sweat a little for a year. I wish you an outcome in your favor!!!!
