for patients diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral

Sclerosis (ALS)

Do You Have Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)?

If you have been:

diagnosed with ALS

have had ALS less than 5 years since symptoms began

are between the ages of 21-80

You may be eligible to participate in a research study

of an experimental medicine being conducted at Duke

Medical Center.

Thank you Mark. I do have ALS and am very interested in clinical

trials. Do you have any more info about this one? I will call Duke

on Monday.
