Hi Maureen,

Sandy here again. I have been on Baclofen going on 8 years now. I am on 70mg a

day. I take 30mg through the daytime, then 40mg at bedtime, it really helps on

being able to sleep.

I am also on Neurontin to help with the spasms. Here in Oregon we have the great

oppurtunity to have medical marijuana, I only use it before bed, I get the best

night sleep now, and wake up feeling refreshed.

You replied to my post about baclofen and wrote that you were taking

10mg 4 times per day and it was helping you a lot. I am on 10mg 3

times per day and it is working well for me but then i have only been

taking it for 3 weeks. I was wondering how long you have been on

baclofen.

Hi Sandy

Thats good to hear that you are still doing well on Baclofen after 8

years. I have heard of Marijuanna being used as medication for

spasticity and other problems. It would certainly calm the anxiety!!
