Additionally, I'd like to say that Armand is presently the President of Service Dogs International, Inc. as well as a board member of a local chapter of the MDA. He personally invented a 'Joy Stick' for driving and is a co-founder of Connecticut Wheelchair Sports. You may have read his article, " Take It All Off " in a recent MDA Quest issue. Armand has SMA (spinal muscular atrophy) and is a winner of the MDA's Personal Achievement Award. The focus of his presentation will be about using the tax " loopholes " , PCA (personal care attendants) programs, and a wealth of knowledge in available services and products with little or no cost.
