As they come in, fill out your Sponsorship Form with their names, etc. Then, send your completed Sponsorship Form and all the sponsorship checks (and any credit card information) in to SPF by August 20 to: Spastic Paraplegia Foundation 209 Park Rd. Chelmsford, MA 01824 You can bring sponsorships that come in later to Massachusetts with you and give them to or . They'll still count to the electric Scooter grand prize because we're not figuring that out until October 2 and we'll announce it at the CA TeamWalk.
