Eva, Daytona beach has these wheelchairs and they let you use them for FREE!!

You just have to be handicapped. Wouldn't they be fun if they were motorized?

I would love to " walk " on the beach again, but I really really really hate being

pushed.

New Item - Beach Wheelchair

I thought this was so neat. I got a brochure from the beach

rentals. They now rent lightweight beach wheelchairs. Big fat

wheels for the sand. complete with basket behind the back for 'stuff'

and its very own beach umbrella. Not motorized yet but at least we

got this far.

As you might know I am working on a move to the East Coast of Florida

with the drive-on beaches. So now if I progress any farther I can

drive-on and roll out. My brother is such an inventor I bet he could

rig up a lawnmower motor to propell me along. ha

You'll find me cruising the surf.
