This is my second year helping to coordinate this effort and I look forward to working closely with all of you who will be helping as a by Proxy. TeamWalk is our big annual effort to raise funds for research! Everyone can help, from everywhere. If you can't go to Massachusetts, Ohio, Arkansas or California for a TeamWalk, be an honorary by Proxy. A designated will for you and wear your name tag and most of all your Spirit in the Massachusetts TeamWalk. We'll put your photo or a note from you on the by Proxy Board so everyone can see it. You can raise sponsorships in your Spirit, just like the regular s do. Register online at _http://sp-foundation.org/Teamwalk04/TWbyProxy.htm_ () . Then, print out the Sponsorship Form from the website. Send it in with your sponsorships by August 23! Once you have registered, this makes you eligible for the Grand Prize drawing of the $1,500 electric Scooter.
