Mike...That price sounds like the unit is possibly an " electric wheelchair "

(i.e. Hoveround style) as opposed to a conventional electric scooter.

Scooters vary in range from just over $1000

to mid $2000. Just a thought..Doug/St. sburg, FL

This may be a bargain, but I would check around first. The price sounds

high for a scooter. I found a new Rascal scooter on the Web for under

$2000. It may be that I am comparing apples and oranges, but I would check

it out first.

Rascal Scooter

Hi All!

A friend of mine from Church asked me this morning if I needed a

scooter. He told me his grandmother had bought it for herself and had

never used it. He is going to get the name and model number to me if

anyone is interested. It's original cost was $5500 and he is asking

$4500 for it. He also said that FedEx can ship it and is the cheapest

way to go. I don't know about that, but the scooter sounds like a deal

if anyone needs one.

If you are interested, contact me personally at the email address that

came with this message.

Thanks,

Mike Gray

Hi again all!

I talked with the person who is selling the scooter today at Church and

he said he would take $3000 for it because it is part of an estate sale.

He just wants to get rid of it. If you are interested, you may contact

his wife at jrgn_pearson@.... They may be willing to negotiate a

lower price, also, since he really wants to sell it.

Maybe this price sounds better?

I just read the email I sent and the email address for jrgn

pearson@... should have an underline between the n and p where a

blank shows on the url given.

Thanks,

Mike
