I AM APPALLED!!!! If you had no prior warnings, no verbal nor written

warnings, and no indication whatsoever that your performance is inadequate, I

would definitely file the EEOC complaint, as well as with the ADA (Americans

with Disabilities), the Department of Human Rights in your state.

I am so sorry that the University is doing this to you, and it just makes my

blood boil when I hear of something like this!!!!

Good luck, and keep your chin up, and don't let them see that they've gotten you

down!
