Guest guest Posted June 4, 2004 Report Share Posted June 4, 2004 Thank you so much for the prayers, I sat here reading the replies and just started to cry. I am so blessed to have all of you, you all mean so much to me. Yesterday when he first got to the hospital his white blood cell count was 3300, normal is approx. 1100. Today its down to 2300, his urine is back to normal. He is still on the ventelater but I know he is on the mend to recovery. This morning when I went to the ICU unit, I went alone to let my boys sleep in. They guided me to his room and I just about passed out at where he was, and almost started yelling you move him out of that room. 5 years ago I lost my wonderful father in ICU and they put Bill in the same room. After I sat down and made myself relax a little I got to thinking my Dear sweet Daddy put him in this room to watch over him. I felt such a peace come over me. I know my Dad is there with him.
