Guest guest
I am hoping that someone out there can help me. I have spoken to a father of a 2 1/2 year old girl who is working on the CI process. They have decided that they want to do bilateral for their daughter but are afraid that they are going to be denied by their insurance. They are going to send in the request on Tuesday and he asked me to look for any letters or any help from anyone to get his insurance company to approve the bilateral. They have BCBS of Tennesse for insurance. So if anyone has gotten BCBS to pay for a bilateral implant could you please let me know. If you have any letters or anything documentation that you used to prove your case for this that would be great. We had no problem with insurance but Annika had meningitis so our case is different. We also did not have BCBS so he can't even use our case for precedent. Thanks so much for any help. Guest guest
Hi - has the dad talked with their audiologist? I understand some CI companies actually have supporting materials that help you supporting letters, etc. Barbara Wanha wrote: >I am hoping that someone out there can help me.
