I would never act on them but I visualize myself letting the air out of their tires. I usually wind up calling the police. A huge truck was taking up two spaces (handicap - with no sticker) at Blockbuster and I could not get into my van. My husband called the police and they told him to go inside Blockbuster's and tell them. The police said they would come also. Blockbuster's anounced it twice but no one came out to move the truck. It was winter and I was freezing so my husband backed the van out so I could board. The police never came, at least not why I was there. I wish something could be done about this problem.
