Types of PLS

This may not be too popular, but my own impression is that no one knows how

many or what constitutes " types of PLS. " What causes PLS? No one knows

for sure. Added to that, PLS folk present an extremely small sample size.

There may be similar symptoms, there may be similar physiological changes,

there may be structural similarities, but if you don't even know the cause

or the cure (even an effective treatment), I think it is mainly guesswork

to categorize types of PLS. I'm pretty sure PLS stands for " I Don't Know, "

but I haven't figured out which language yet.

Hey Galen Truer words were never spoken. I went to an MDA meeting and a gal

there supposedly has PLS 2- 1/2 yrs. she was worse than the ALS patients

that had it several yrs. no speech at all dribbled could not hold her head

up. couldnt smile .My wife and i both said she cant have PLS .Her husband

said they were only in there new house in the country 6 months when she came

down with this on a well in the middle of Farm land .Im thinking herbesides

in the well im going to mention this to him next meeting noway she has PLS
