Just before Xmas I order 25 lbs of dark chocolate and 25 lbs of milk chocolate. Do the bulk, of the making at Xmas and use the rest at Easter. This year my daughter is getting married. So I ordered another 50 lbs of chocolate and made solid flavored chocolates to give at the wedding. Made 1600. Needed to brag a bit. To bad you all don't live in Ottawa. When I go to Florida in the winter I put some in my portable cooler and take some to my friends. My 2 cents on how many kinds of PLS is 2 ....one infantile and the one we all have .We all have the same symptoms... varying degrees and progression.... Drs use an elimination process and when they have run the ganut of known diseases and all tests are neg. in the motor neuron category they say PLS..So is it really a disease when there is no test to prove it?
